CONTRACT PILOT is an operating division of POLITIRI AVIATION HOLDINGS tci Ltd, an established GLOBAL Aviation Human Resources company specializing in aviation personnel recruitment, crew placement/leasing and rentals, as well as training for all key facets of the industry.

While Human resource issues for the aviation industry is our key focus, we are also engaged in other activities closely related to the industry: Specialized 'one up' cargo moves, Aircraft Ferry Service, CRM and Dangerous goods training.

Additionally, due to our expertise and the wealth of industry knowledge and ability we have in our talent pool, consulting services relative to company and facilities re-organization, human resource outplacement, equipment acquisition and facilities setup, became an integral part of our operations.

Relating to personnel, we maintain a database of over 3500 active pilots as well as 390 flight attendants, AME, dispatchers, flight planners and managment types. Our database is continually updated to ensure that the most up to date information on each individual is readily available, and that we can react to your needs in the shortest possible time frame.

Natural expansion was us to enter into the training field to accommodate the needs of our major clients but also to address the shortages of qualified personnel for the emerging and growing Asian and Middle Eastern Carriers. As a result, after taking over a smaller aviation training school, we expanded on this first step and moved it to new facilities in the Sharjah Free Zone at the Sharjah airport in the UAE. This new facility focuses on training of flight attendants, both initial and aircraft specific.

Demand forced us to open a second academy, in the Caribbean region, that also offers flight attendant training as the anchor course, but also globally recognized Air Traffic Controller and Flight Dispatcher programs to JAA/EASA standards with courses offered in both English and Spanish.
